AT A GLANCE
Cancellation depends on the purchase stage. For eligible stored items, request a return or exchange within five days of warehouse entry.
Cancellation Stages
Before HubBuy buys from the seller, cancellation generally returns item funds that have not been spent. Payment or service costs already incurred may still apply under the current rules.
After purchase but before seller dispatch, cancellation depends on seller acceptance. After shipment or warehouse arrival, the seller’s return policy and incurred costs determine the refund. An unshipped order does not automatically qualify for an unconditional full refund.
Warehouse Return Window
For an eligible stored item, submit a no-reason return or exchange request from your account within five days of warehouse entry. The order must be in the stored status and the seller must support the requested return or exchange.
This is an application window, not guaranteed seller approval. Check the item promptly after warehouse processing. Late requests may not be accepted.
Item Condition & Exclusions
The item generally needs to remain suitable for resale. Keep original packaging, tags, accessories, seals and protective markings intact. Do not request removal of security tags or seals before deciding whether to keep the item.
Exclusions include customized goods, certain intimate items, secondhand goods and seller-designated non-returnable products. Opening sealed goods or removing required packaging can affect eligibility. Check the specific order’s conditions.
Return Costs & Responsibility
Change-of-mind returns can involve domestic shipping, return delivery and an applicable service charge. Check the current order quote: do not assume a fee waiver or seller shipping insurance will apply.
Report wrong items, colors, sizes or obvious defects with the order details and photos. Responsibility and the seller’s response affect the resolution and costs. Keep enough account balance for charges you accept.
Refund Outcome
Refunds depend on the order state, seller refund result and costs already incurred. The item-price portion uses the amount actually paid, rather than a directory estimate.
For refused purchases or shipments, ask support which return or other permitted resolution is available and what costs apply. If the platform cannot perform a service, support handles the unperformed portion for refund. Keep the order ID and communications until resolution.
