Normal stored orders have a 300-day storage period. Unmatched or abnormal parcels have a separate 60-day period from receipt.
Normal Storage Period
Normal purchasing and forwarding orders have 300 days of warehouse storage, counted from the order reaching the stored-in-warehouse status. The normal storage period is advertised as free.
A reminder email is sent after 270 days. Submit shipping instructions or resolve the order with support before expiry. Items left beyond 300 days without instructions or a response can be treated as abandoned and disposed of without further notice.
Unmatched Parcel Deadline
Abnormal or unmatched parcels have a 60-day period from warehouse receipt. This can apply when a package arrives before a forwarding order is submitted or its logistics information is missing.
The normal 300-day allowance does not apply to these parcels. An unidentified parcel may receive no reminder. Submit the item list and correct domestic tracking number promptly so the warehouse can match it.
Forwarding Order Details
For a self-purchased forwarding order, add the seller’s domestic tracking number to the corresponding order. The warehouse needs the correct number to match the received parcel for inspection and storage.
If the parcel arrives before the order is created, provide the item list and tracking information as soon as possible. A domestic carrier’s delivered status does not confirm that the parcel is matched and stored under your account.
Consolidation & Dispatch
Stored orders can be combined into an international parcel. Check that the intended items have arrived, review the photos and resolve returns or visible problems before submission.
Confirm the contents, available route, packing, recipient details and final shipping charge. Consolidation is convenient, but route restrictions and the completed parcel still determine eligibility and cost.
Storage Planning
Storage time does not extend a product’s shelf life, warranty or seller return window. The five-day warehouse return application period is much shorter than the storage allowance.
Keep your own record of arrival dates and unresolved orders. Contact support before expiry if you cannot arrange shipping; do not assume an automatic extension.
