AT A GLANCE
Open your own warehouse order photos, check quantity, variant and visible condition, then raise any mismatch or unclear detail before submitting the parcel.
Confirm What Basic Inspection Covers
Purchasing inspection compares visible style, quantity, color, size and model with the order, and checks for obvious exterior problems such as substantial damage or stains.
For clothing, size checks rely on labels or tags and final order notes. They do not establish a measured fit. Color differences, size tolerances, seller-disclosed defects and real-world performance fall outside the basic inspection scope.
Check Your Order Photos
Review the pictures attached to your warehouse order before submitting an international parcel. Compare them with the exact variant you bought.
- Confirm the number of items and visible accessories.
- Compare the color, design, size label and model with the order.
- Look for visible stains, damage or a wrong item.
- Request clarification when an important detail cannot be read or seen.
Review Sealed Items and Electronics
Sealed products may be checked without opening the sealed contents. Exterior condition and packaging information cannot confirm the contents of a package that remains sealed.
Electronics receive exterior checks; basic warehouse inspection does not include powering on the device to test its function. It also does not establish authenticity or professional product quality. An intact box is insufficient evidence that a device works.
Check Forwarding Inspection Coverage
Self-purchased forwarding parcels follow a different intake process from assisted purchases. The warehouse checks acceptance conditions, screens for prohibited contents, weighs the parcel and stores it. Severely damaged packaging may be refused or returned.
Do not assume forwarding includes the same item-by-item purchase comparison. Electronics, sealed contents and non-obvious details have limited verification. Resolve seller specifications separately before sending an item to the warehouse.
Resolve Visible Problems Before Dispatch
Record the order ID and describe each visible mismatch against the selected color, size, model or quantity. Keep the relevant order pictures with your message so support can identify the item and the detail that needs checking.
Ask for clarification when the available view does not answer your question. Resolve a visible mismatch before submitting the international parcel, and confirm any applicable return or exchange deadline with the service handling your order.
