Product Selection
Use the spreadsheet to compare product references and build a shortlist. Open an item’s detail page, then its full listing to check the selected version, price and available information. This directory provides discovery tools; it does not create a HubBuy order or verify that a product will be accepted.
Before ordering, confirm the original seller link, color, size, quantity and essential specifications. A catalogue brand label or image does not establish authenticity, stock availability or permission to purchase and ship the item.
Supported Links & Manual Orders
HubBuy supports automatic product-information extraction for Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and JD links. Review the imported details and your chosen options before submitting an order.
For other mainland Chinese shopping sites, a manual order can be submitted using the product URL, name, price and relevant details. Supply enough information to identify the exact item. Manual submission remains subject to product review and seller availability.
Purchase & Domestic Delivery
The initial purchase covers the seller’s item price and applicable delivery to the HubBuy warehouse in China. International shipping is a later stage, so paying for a product does not mean it is already on its way to your address.
Follow the order status while the seller prepares and ships the item. Resolve unavailable options or requests for clarification before expecting the purchase to proceed.
Warehouse Review
After warehouse processing, review your order-specific photos and recorded details. Compare quantity, visible condition, color, size label and model with the actual order.
Report visible mismatches before international dispatch. Eligible stored items generally have a five-day return or exchange application window from warehouse entry, subject to seller conditions. The storage allowance does not extend this window.
Parcel Submission
Select the stored items to send, review the available shipping options and submit the international parcel. Orders can be combined, but the completed parcel and destination determine the suitable route and price. Consolidation does not guarantee cheaper shipping.
Check the delivery address, contact details, declared contents, packing choices and any insurance before dispatch. Pay the parcel’s international shipping charge and follow its tracking after shipment.
Item Eligibility
Purchase and shipping eligibility are separate checks. HubBuy may refuse items for legal, intellectual-property, safety, payment or carrier reasons. Confirmed counterfeit or infringing products are prohibited; a branded directory reference is not an approval.
Batteries, liquids, powders, sprays and magnetic items can face additional restrictions. Confirm the exact item and destination before paying when eligibility is unclear.
