HubBuy Spreadsheet FAQs

Spreadsheet & Products

Finding products and keeping a useful shortlist.

What is the HubBuy spreadsheet on this website?

It is a web catalogue for discovering and comparing product references. Browse shoes, T-shirts, pants, hoodies, jackets, bags, accessories and electronics, then investigate the items that suit your needs.

This version is a website rather than an Excel or Google Sheets download. A catalogue entry does not reserve an item or create a purchase.

Browse the spreadsheet
Is this the official HubBuy website?

No. HubBuy Finds is an independent product-discovery project. We do not operate HubBuy accounts, payments, warehouse services or parcel delivery.

Brand names identify catalogue records. They do not establish authenticity or an affiliation with the brand. A product appearing here does not establish that it is eligible for purchase or shipping.

How ordering works
How can I find a particular product or brand?

Use the homepage search to open matching results in the linked product catalogue in a new tab. Your search words are carried across. You can also browse the focused category pages on this website.

Check the full title and selected listing before comparing two similar-looking products. A different color, size or included piece may change what the reference represents.

Search product references
Where do product links open?

Category products open a detail page on this website. Its full-listing button opens the corresponding product on a separate catalogue service in a new tab. Homepage featured products open that full listing directly.

Check the selected size, color, quantity and current amount on the listing. Opening a catalogue page does not create a HubBuy order or reserve stock.

Prices & Costs

Understanding estimates before comparing the complete purchase.

Do the prices include international shipping?

No. The displayed amounts are item-price estimates. International shipping and other applicable charges are separate.

For a complete comparison, account for the selected item and quantity, seller delivery to the warehouse, international freight, payment charges, any chosen services and applicable destination costs. Leave unquoted amounts visible in your budget instead of treating them as zero.

Costs & shipping guide
Why are prices shown as USD estimates?

The source catalogue provides USD estimates using a fixed reference conversion of 7.2 CNY per USD. This is a display reference rather than a live currency quote or a promise about the amount charged at payment.

Check the original listing’s currency and the payment screen for the actual amount. Currency conversion and applicable payment charges can change the final comparison.

Item prices and parcel costs
Why is the listing price different from the spreadsheet?

The catalogue is a snapshot, while a seller can change prices and available options. A starting price may apply to a different size, color, configuration or quantity from the one you want.

Compare the exact selected option and currency before treating the difference as a discount or an error. Use the current purchase details when deciding whether to proceed.

Product links, variants and stock
Can another buyer’s shipping cost predict mine?

A buyer’s shipping bill describes that particular parcel. Your destination, eligible service, packed weight, dimensions and packing choices may differ.

Use an actual quote for your own parcel when those details are available. Another buyer’s delivery time is also a reference, rather than a promised arrival date for your order.

Sizing & QC Photos

Matching a question to the evidence that can answer it.

Can I choose a size from the label or a buyer’s photos?

A size label and another buyer’s fit comment are starting references. For clothing, compare the selected listing’s actual measurements with a garment you wear comfortably, using the same measurement method.

For shoes, confirm the size system, model and width information. A familiar brand name or a general recommendation to size up or down does not establish the fit of every listing.

Clothing sizes and proportions
Does a QC-photo record mean a product passed inspection?

No. A positive QC-photo count means the source reports photo records for that catalogue item. It is not a pass score, authenticity certificate or statement that our team inspected the product.

Those records are not automatically evidence about the size, color or batch you will receive. Review your own order’s photos and selected options before deciding whether they match.

QC photos and evidence limits
What should I check in my warehouse photos?

Compare the received item with the exact order: quantity, visible accessories, color, design, size label, model and any obvious damage or stains. Ask for clarification if an important detail cannot be read or seen.

A size tag does not confirm garment measurements. A photo also cannot demonstrate fabric feel, long-term durability or a technical performance claim. Check the relevant specifications separately.

QC & inspection guide
Does basic inspection prove an electronic device works?

No. HubBuy’s published purchasing-inspection scope places limits on technical products: exterior inspection does not establish authenticity, functionality or professional product quality.

An intact or sealed box cannot demonstrate the operation of the device inside. Confirm the exact model, compatibility, power requirements, included parts and available testing or support before relying on a technical product reference.

Orders & Delivery

Finding the right next step once you have a shortlist.

Can I place or pay for a HubBuy order on this website?

No. This site is for product research. Product references lead to more detail and full listings; the linked catalogue is a separate service rather than a HubBuy checkout.

Before ordering through your chosen platform, confirm the seller link, selected options, current amount and item eligibility. Payment and order management take place on the service handling your purchase.

HubBuy ordering guide
Can I return or exchange an item after warehouse arrival?

Eligibility depends on the seller’s conditions, the order stage and the platform’s current return procedure. A warehouse storage allowance does not extend a return application deadline.

Review your order evidence promptly. If something is wrong, contact the service handling the order before international dispatch and confirm the deadline, required evidence and any return-delivery or service costs.

Returns, cancellations & refunds
Where can I track an order or ask about a warehouse parcel?

Use the account and support channel on the platform handling the purchase or shipment. This website has no access to your balance, seller order, warehouse record, tracking updates or refund request.

A seller’s domestic delivery and your international parcel are different stages. Keep the relevant order and tracking numbers so support can identify which stage needs attention.

Warehouse & forwarding guide
What should I do if something arrives damaged or missing?

Keep the box, labels, seals and internal packaging, and preserve clear photos and the original unboxing recording if available. Compare the contents with the actual order rather than the catalogue image alone.

Contact the carrier and the service handling the shipment promptly. Reporting windows, evidence requirements and any compensation depend on the relevant terms; this website cannot submit or approve a claim for you.
